Company Description We are a Business Group having companies with Telecom license in US,UK and India .We offer Telecom Services/ Solutions (UCaaS,SIP Trunking,Inbound DID,TFN Numbers),Wholesale Terminations(VoIP), Auto Dialer, Predictive Dialers,Contact Center Solutions,Software Development. We are incorporating AI with Predictive/Auto dialer to improve AMD Accuracy. We are ISO Certified, 9000 and 27001. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Solutions Sales (Telecom) at BTBIZ LTD located in Gurugram,Noida,Delhi. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as Generating leads through various platforms and clients visits. Selling to corporate,BPOs,Service Providers for international dial. UCaaS, SIP Trunking, Inbound DID,TFN Numbers),Wholesale Terminations(VoIP), Auto Dialer, Predictive Dialers, Contact Center Solutions, CRM etc. Qualifications
- Experience in Telecom Solutions Sales to Enterprise Enterprise
- Hands on experience on UCaaS Platform and its features.
- Hands on experience on contact center solutions
- Integration experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
