Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Chef Garde Manger role located in Salmiya, Kuwait. The Assistant Chef Garde Manger will be responsible for preparing and presenting cold food items, such as salads, appetizers, and charcuterie plates. They will work closely with the culinary team to ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the high standards of The Regency Hotel Kuwait. Qualifications
- Experience in cold food preparation and presentation
- Knowledge of charcuterie and cheese selection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and a creative flair in food presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a team
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
