We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support the continued growth and success of our brands.Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection for roles across the restaurants.Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared.Employee Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.Foster a positive work culture by implementing engagement activities and team-building initiatives.HR Administration:Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, payroll inputs, and performance data.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.Training & Development:Coordinate training programs to upskill employees and promote career development.Identify training needs and collaborate with management to implement effective solutions.Performance Management:Assist in performance appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback sessions.Provide support in implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.Policy Implementation:Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in line with organizational needs.Monitor adherence to policies across all restaurants. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
