As a Product Manager at PhonePe, you will own and drive the roadmap for our platform and user centric products. You will work with other pod members and a diverse set of stakeholders towards a collective set of objectives. We work on complex technology, scale while iterating quickly and have a bias for impact in everything we do. As a Senior Product Manager, you will: ● Identify large problem statements, break them down, and build consumer experiences and platforms to solve them ● Scope and phase product building meaningfully over and above standard use cases. ● Translate pod and product strategy into a crisp, annual roadmap and define measurable objectives of a suite of products ● Be the subject matter expert in driving business decisions and fully understand the cost and revenue implications of your product suite. ● Drive annual and quarterly planning and execution cadences across pods. ● Be the thought leader for the product suite and evangelize goals and objectives. Drive alignment across stakeholders by effectively engaging them with data. ● Participate in interviews for PM, APM roles and provide inputs for resource planning across functions. What we look for: ● Excellent communication skills. ● At Least 6+ years of experience in Product / Platform building and development. ● Analytical and data-driven with the ability to to derive action and make decisions based on large data sets. ● Good with scalable data modeling and abstractions on platform design. Can think over and above traditional use cases. ● Come with a strong point of view on all aspects of the business and balance between a data-backed view and ambiguity. ● Can own output metrics and impact while balancing priorities across pods.
