Technical Project Manager [Dot Net]

A Technical Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by combining technical expertise, team leadership, and project management skills to ensure alignment with organizational goals , We are looking for Technical Project Manager with Dot Net and P&C insurance domain preference ,currently managing a support project with a background in .NET development. Work Location - Greater Noida, Mode- WFO 5 Days Technical Expertise

• Manage and lead the technical solution, project delivery while working with Onshore and Offshore development teams
• High proficiency in Dot Net, C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Angular, and database technologies
• High proficiency in REST/SOAP API, Cloud technologies
• Proficient in handling the complex technical development concepts, design templates, Insurance Products configuration
• Understands latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
• Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
• Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.

• Prior experience in application managed services environment in P&C industry
• Manage and lead the technical solution, project delivery while working with Onshore and Offshore development teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
• Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
• Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
