Job Title: Business Development Executive - Real Estate (Looking for people in Bangalore and Goa locations) About us: Home Locator is a leading real estate consultancy platform that offers extensive guidance, expert insights, and unparalleled service to simplify the home-buying process and ensure a stress-free experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients interested in buying and selling properties.
- Stay updated on real estate trends and market conditions to provide clients with accurate information.
- Organize and conduct property viewings and site visits, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and profitable agreements for all parties involved.
- Prepare and manage the necessary paperwork related to property transactions, including contracts and agreements.
- As the requirement indicated, we need to be on-site every week to meet clients, visit properties, and close deals.
- Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Minimum 6 months-2years in sales, preferably in the real estate sector (Mandatory)
- Freshers are also welcome
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Own vehicle (Mandatory)
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Highly driven and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
