The project: As part of an extensive masterplan, we are seeking to recruit personnel for the PMC team involved in a super building project in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Western Region. This is a unique opportunity that occurs once in a generation, allowing you to collaborate with some of the leading experts in engineering and construction. You will be responsible for:
  1. Assisting with developing detailed plans taking full cognisance of project constraints.
  2. Interfacing with the project team, contributing to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team and understanding functional obligations under the form of contract.
  3. Reviewing and capturing productivity to measure progress.
  4. Developing effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Incorporating sustainable design and procurement processes within integrated programmes.
  6. Challenging and ensuring health and safety through programme integration.
  7. Assisting, establishing and overseeing project work plans and deadlines.
  8. Undertaking tasks required to fulfil the requirements of the project/assignment.
  9. Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and sharing responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You will need to have: Relevant degree qualification. You will also have:
  1. Professional membership or working towards demonstrable professional or personal development.
  2. Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
