Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Cyber Security Sales Account Manager to spearhead the growth of our cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, identifying business needs, and delivering tailored cybersecurity strategies. This role requires expertise in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Expand and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our cybersecurity portfolio.
- New Business Development: Generate new leads through networking, relationship building, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with clients to develop and present tailored cybersecurity strategies and solutions that align with their needs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage your pipeline, forecasts, and activities through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking.
- Presentations & Proposals: Deliver compelling pitches and create detailed, persuasive proposal documents for clients and RFPs.
- Market Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest trends and solutions in cybersecurity to effectively address client requirements.
- Vendor Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key vendors and partners to enhance solution offerings and stay competitive.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions, preferably in KSA, with a proven track record of success.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to win and manage mid-market and enterprise-sized clients with significant deal sizes.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity strategies, solutions, and services.
- Vendor Expertise: Experience selling solutions from vendors like Palo Alto Networks, F5, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, or equivalent industry leaders.
- Sales Acumen: Strong skills in prospecting, building pipelines, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Communication: Exceptional articulation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proposals: Proven ability to develop detailed and persuasive proposals for bidding processes.
- Knowledge of key cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Impactful Projects: Work on large-scale projects for prominent clients in Riyadh, KSA.
