Waiter / Waitress Job Location : UAE Job Description : • Taking orders and recommending food and beverage products based on guest preferences. • Maintaining extensive knowledge of the menu and all outlet products. • Adhering to grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene. • Serving food and beverages to guests with a high level of quality and attention to detail. • Maintaining a clean and tidy restaurant environment. • Taking all guest feedback seriously and advising hotel management accordingly. • Ensuring compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation. • Consistently applying standard operating procedures in your department. • Aiding in the adherence to hotel policies and procedures. • Aiding in the adherence to billing policies and cost handling procedures.
