SAP Ariba Specialist - 3 Months extendable contract

Key Responsibilities: User Testing: Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans. Identify, document, and communicate any issues or enhancements needed during testing phases. Assist in refining processes based on user feedback to ensure system effectiveness. Training: Develop training materials and user guides tailored to different user roles. Conduct training sessions (in-person or virtual) for end-users, ensuring comprehension and retention. Provide ongoing support during training sessions, addressing questions and concerns. Post Go-Live Support: Offer day-to-day support for users post-implementation, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Monitor user adoption and provide additional coaching where necessary. Collect user feedback for continuous improvement of ARIBA processes and tools. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment on system usage and best practices. Facilitate communication between users and the project team to address concerns and updates promptly. Qualifications: Proven experience with SAP ARIBA, including a strong understanding of procurement processes. Candidate has implemented and deployed at least 2 global/regional SAP ARIBA projects. Previous experience in user training, support, and UAT facilitation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other procurement tools and systems. Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
