Job Description: The Speech Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech and language disorders. This includes conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions to improve communication skills. The Speech Therapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and provide education and support to patients and their families. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

- Monitor and document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and psychologists.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Stay current on research and best practices in speech therapy.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology.
- State license or certification in speech-language pathology.
- Knowledge of speech and language disorders and assessment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
