Your New Role Will see you support the Head of Legal and the Chief Operations Officer of this cross-Tasman multi-line insurance brokerage. As part of a small team of four (4) lawyers, including yourself, you will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements – including sale of business, shareholder agreements, schemes of arrangement, preference shares and restraints of trade.
