Our 40-room property features an 80-seat restaurant, intimate function spaces, and offers the chance to cater for weddings of up to 80 guests. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency. Design innovative, seasonal menus showcasing the finest local ingredients. Oversee food preparation and service for the 80-seat restaurant and small-scale events. Drive culinary excellence for boutique weddings and other private functions. Manage kitchen staff recruitment, training, and daily operations. Control food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-quality dining environment. Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a dedicated kitchen team. Expertise in managing both restaurant and event catering operations. Passion for local produce and creating memorable dining experiences. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
