THE ROLE The Client Specialist plays a vital support role focused on addressing inbound queries and aiding with clients of all sizes. Internal collaboration is key for developing innovative solutions that guarantee Client satisfaction. The Specialist has a deep understanding of client needs and continuously evolves their knowledge of business dynamics. This role is crucial in enhancing and supporting the overall client experience. As a Client Specialist, you are an Artisan that is accommodating and analytical while producing highly precise and accurate work. You are collaborative but can work diligently on independent tasks. As an Artisan you:

  • Produce highly precise and accurate work

  • Highly detail oriented
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Most importantly, you will lead by example, live our values, and drive business relationships for the company through providing exceptional customer service.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, addressing concerns and offering solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and overcome obstacles to client satisfaction.
  • Navigate complexity in client portfolios, demonstrating creative problem solving.
  • Demonstrate ownership, urgency, and adherence to timelines in all client engagements and internal projects.
  • Anticipate client needs and the impact of processes, addressing special client calls and inquiries with strategic insight and agility.
  • Expand Industry knowledge on an on-going basis.
  • Other duties as required.
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
  • An academic background consisting of post secondary education, certificates, industry programs, etc.
  • An interest in additional education/designations or the willingness to obtain LLQP License if required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to address client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bonus points : Knowledge of products and processes of insurance carriers.
