- Assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Handling inquiries regarding products, services, or technical issues
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolving issues by identifying the best solutions in line with company policies
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
- Languages: Native-level Dutch speaker + good command of English (minimum B2)
- You need to be local in Portugal
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or related fields is a plus
- Personal qualities:Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setup
- Residency requirements: Portuguese residence permit or EU citizenship
- Remote position if you live at least 100 km from Lisbon
- Fixed-term contract for one year, renewable annually
