We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Content Staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for editing, curating, and uploading high-quality language content. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all content meets editorial standards and is delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the Content Symphony platform to monitor the status of content being edited, curated, and uploaded.
Maintain and follow a quality assurance (QA) checklist to ensure that all content meets editorial and linguistic standards.
Track edits and revisions in content documents using tools like Google Docs or WordPress.
Record the time spent on tasks such as editing, verification, and finalization to ensure timely delivery of content.
Log and coordinate tasks with team members to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient content delivery.
Track the volume of content edited, curated, and uploaded against the set schedule.
Collect and apply feedback from the Content Manager to continuously refine and improve the editing process.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of content creation and editing workflows.
Familiarity with content management tools, including Google Docs and WordPress.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Native or proficient ability to speak and write in Igbo, Yoruba.
