Who are we searching for?
- You’re a seasoned HR leader with over six years of experience in fast-paced environments.
- You’re a strategic thinker with expertise in HR policies, compliance, and shaping organizational culture.
- You’re certified in HR (CIPM, SHRM-CP, or equivalent), with strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- You’re tech-savvy, proficient in HR software, and skilled in MS Suite for managing and reporting HR metrics.
- You’re an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator.
You will develop, update, and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with company values.
You will design initiatives to foster a positive, high-performance culture across the organization.
You will plan and execute employee engagement activities, feedback mechanisms, and retention strategies.
You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract and develop top talent.
You will monitor employee productivity, address underperformance, and track adherence to reporting requirements.
You will act as the primary contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and HR-related guidance.
You will track HR metrics and provide regular reports to management, proposing strategies for improvement.
To be considered, you should have….
A master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 years of proven HR leadership experience, with expertise in policy development and performance management.
Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM-CP, etc.) and a keen understanding of HR trends.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR technology tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
