Company Description Alara Studio is a Chennai-based interior design and luxury furniture firm specializing in bespoke designs and collaborations with artisans to create transformative spaces that balance aesthetics and functionality. Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Chennai combines accounting and administrative responsibilities to support the smooth operations of Alara Studio. Responsibilities: Accounting: • Manage day-to-day book keeping, GST Returns, Payroll, in Zoho Books & Tally. • Prepare invoices, estimates, and purchase orders, follow up with customers and vendors for payments. • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Administration: • Handle office operations, inventory management, and attendance tracking. • Coordinate client meetings and ensure smooth communication. Qualifications • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and administration. • Technically Proficiency in Zoho Books(Mandatory), Tally, and Microsoft Excel. • Strong organizational and communication skills in English. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
