Hi We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Head to join our team at National Computer Systems. The ideal candidate will lead our talent acquisition strategies, build a strong employer brand, and ensure our recruitment efforts align with business objectives. Position : Recruitment Head – US Staffing Location : Hyderabad Employment Type : Full-time Position Overview: The Recruitment Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our staffing operations in the United States. This senior-level position involves strategic planning, process optimization, team leadership, and driving recruitment strategies that align with business goals. The Recruitment Head will lead a team of recruiters, ensure client requirements are met with the highest standards, and implement best practices in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for both contract and permanent positions. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and recruitment managers.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for the recruitment team.
- Monitor the team's performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure team collaboration and continuous improvement in recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of clients across various industries.
- Ensure the recruitment process aligns with organizational objectives and targets.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand staffing requirements and hiring projections.
- Manage relationships with key clients, understand their business needs, and ensure high-quality talent is delivered.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Provide regular status updates and performance reports to clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Act as the main point of contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for US staffing, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for both contract and full-time staffing.
- Drive creative sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Leverage recruiting technologies and tools to optimize the hiring process and improve candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, staffing regulations, and internal policies.
- Implement and enforce best practices for recruitment, including structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and diversity hiring practices.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance candidate quality.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative recruitment methods into staffing strategies.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Use data insights to drive decision-making and improve recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Experience :
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, specifically in US staffing or a similar staffing industry.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, especially in IT, healthcare, finance, and engineering sectors.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in US staffing regulations, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume staffing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, PHR) is a plus.
- High-level strategic thinking with the ability to execute operationally.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics in the US staffing sector.
- Ability to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Full-time position with flexible working arrangements.
- Occasional travel for client meetings or recruitment events may be required.
