- Supervise and lead a team of administrative assistants and office support staff, providing guidance and support in daily tasks.
- Monitor and maintain the office environment, working closely with facilities teams to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement more efficient administrative procedures to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Scope includes organizing records, enforcing document retention policies, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Oversee the internal and external communication of the organization, ensuring all correspondence is timely, professional, and accurate.
- Scope includes booking domestic and international travel, preparing travel itineraries, and ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel plans.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Provide assistance with travel-related issues, such as cancellations, delays, and itinerary changes, while maintaining adherence to company policies and budgets.
- Serve as the point of contact for staff or management regarding travel-related inquiries and assist with any travel-related problems that may arise.
- Ensure administrative processes are compliant with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Scope includes supporting audits, implementing office policies, and ensuring adherence to privacy and data protection laws.
