Senior Process Engineer

Urgently Hiring for Process engineer - Manager/Head Key Responsibilities General Responsibilities:

• Achieve productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety & Key Performance Indicators objectives.
• Identify and coordinate improvements in the wet operations area necessary to meet the various commitments for the plant and cost objectives.
• Evaluate the operator team’s capabilities, skills, and resource alignment to ensure performance against objectives
• Drive performance management to ensure a high level of performance through accountability, training, coaching and employee/team development.
• Work with maintenance to ensure repairs are documented and equipment uptime is maintained.
• Drive the implementation of TPM for the wet process.
• Develop and maintain spare parts to ensure minimal downtime.
• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist in solving operational issues.

• Process design, development and implementation of capital projects.
• Provide support & guidance to the team to meet daily work demands.
• Work with a multi-functional team to execute Projects within allotted timelines & budget.
• Preparation/evaluation of flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment drawings, etc
• Inspection, installation and commissioning of equipment in production plants and utility.
• Technical discussions with vendors regarding new requirements.
• Help purchasing team to technically understand the product details

• Develop & implement process improvement strategies.
• Identify & manage resources to execute process improvement projects.
• Develop new processes for high efficiency & cost effectiveness.
• Optimize current processes to meet all customer & internal requirements.
• Develop & maintain process related documents.
• Recommend new ideas & techniques to ensure project success.
• Analyze & troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous & permanent improvements.
• Coordinate and plan with various cross functional areas to ensure successful implementation of ideas.
• Ensure compliance with company & industry standards.

• Drawing (P&ID), Research & Development (R&D)
• Chemical Engineering, Process Design, Manufacturing Scale-up
• Process Intensification, Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
• Project Coordination, Equipment Design
• Strong knowledge of active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing, process engineering, technology transfer and production.
• Familiarity with API and pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and maintain positive relationships with all levels of management.
• Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures required
• GMP experience or certification is a plus.
