Field Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to customers' locations to recover outstanding debts.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
• Update customer records and collection status in the system.
• Identify and escalate potential disputes or issues to the Collection Manager.
• Meet monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Provide feedback to the Collection Manager on customer concerns and suggestions.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of field experience in Auto Loan/Vehicle Loan/Commercial Loan Collections
• Experience in field collections or debt recovery preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should be willing to travel across assigned territories.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
