Corporate Access Specialist

What you will be doing at Evalueserve-

• Organize and maintain resourcing data related to corporate access events, including all levels of investor consumption and corporate engagement across all event types
• Create detailed reports and analysis for management on consumption data, highlighting key trends, insights, and performance metrics across buy-side and corporate clients, as well as internal stakeholders in research and sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect feedback and provide insights on client interactions to enhance the depth of post-event communication
• Leverage internal data sources in partnership with sector originators to create and update PitchBook materials, presentations, and other marketing collateral to help drive client engagement and business development efforts
• Liaise with business analysts involved in the downstream use of CA data for external distribution to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Partner with corporate access leads and internal tech teams to develop and implement efficient systems for data collection, storage, and retrieval

• Graduate/PG with 3+ years of experience in a corporate access role
• Entrepreneurial operator and an independent thinker
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and provide solutions
