Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation of SOP for production and packing area.
- Daily work completion as per production plan.
- Responsible for batch planning checking of materials availability, Dispensing, Manufacturing, Filling Optical inspection and packing process.
- Daily Integrity testing of filters, planning as per production plan.
- Verification and checking of cleaning & sanitization of production area.
- Responsible to maintain the stock for production area consumable items.
- Allocation of manpower as per production plan.
- Online completion of production area documents SAP entries related to production.
- Responsible to ensure operation and cleaning of Vial Labelling machine, checkweigher Machine, track and trace system and other packing area equipment as per define procedure.
- Immediate reporting of deviation to concern staff.
- Communication with internal & external department.
- To perform any other Jobs / works as and when assigned by HOD / Designee / Concerned Staff.
