Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. “Management advisory skills”, such as strategic thinking, problem-solving, business acumen, stakeholder management, and change management Strong knowledge of master data management concepts, data governance, data technology such as platforms, lakes and warehouses as well as analytics tools. Proficient in data modeling, ETL processes, database management as well as big data technologies and data integration techniques. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. You are a team player, result-oriented and structured that proactively and independently delivers according to strategy and goals. You have attention to detail, a drive for accuracy and a strong work ethic.
