Project Director

We are a Korean MNC construction company looking for a Project Director to assist the company in overseeing, managing ongoing construction projects and ensuring successful completion within defined scope, budget, timeline while maintaining high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. The job responsibilities include: Oversee the implementation and progress of ongoing construction project. Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations. Lead and supervise project team while providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and communicate project updates, concerns, and management of stakeholders’ expectations. Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulations, and legal requirements. Implement risk assessment policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Responsible for generating progress reports to be submitted regularly to overseas head office. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed. Ensure projects are completed in accordance to internal guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirement. The job requirements are as follows: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction/Project Management fields recognized by Board of Architects/Professional Engineers Board. Minimum 29 years of relevant experience in A1 Main Con, Construction firms. Strong knowledge of project management processes of all project stages in the construction industry. Self-motivated, driven, and possess the ability to work under pressure. Possess strong communication skills.
