Head of Operations

Job Description: Develop long and short term plans, processes, and procedures in alignment with entity directives. Integrate BU and CM to achieve better work cooperation. Responsible for the Profit and Loss of projects in operational areas. Provide overall direction and goals of projects to project teams. Assist the Managing Director with group budget, cost control, and meeting financial goals. Monitor and assist in implementing and maintaining group quality programs. Monitor and assist in implementing and maintaining group safety programs. Assist the Managing Director in monitoring departments to implement effective and strategic organizational structures, operational policies, and procedures to support the delivery of business results. Develop and direct group operational strategy and communication. Manage human and material resources to meet project and department demands. Job Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or Management. PMP or similar project management qualification. At least 10 years in a management role in a construction or installation company. Preferred experience in Semiconductor or High-Tech industries.
