  1. A graduate degree in education or a related field; a Master’s degree or equivalent professional development (e.g., NPQH) is highly preferred.
  2. A proven track record of outstanding school leadership.
  3. Demonstrated excellence as a classroom practitioner with a deep understanding of effective pedagogy.
  4. Strong business acumen, complemented by HR and compliance expertise, and an awareness of current educational trends.
  5. An interest in and appreciation for working in the Middle East, with previous international experience considered a valuable advantage.
