Responsibilities

  • Understanding & studying the competitive advantage for the company products & able to make a comparison with the competitors’ advantages
  • Continuous knowledge of financing bank updates and establishing strong relationships with financing service providers’ agents.
  • Implement instructions that will achieve the objectives of sales management
  • Understanding and estimating the personal sales target and developing personal plans to achieve it
  • Implement a targeted sales activity plan that will achieve the personal sales target
  • Building good relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Ability to open new sales channels through brokers and other new ideas
  • Acting well as an individual or a member of teamwork

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent not less than 3 years
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
