At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are dedicated to transforming the landscape of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia. We are on the lookout for a strategic and dynamic Commercial Director to join our growing team. The Commercial Director will be responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate the project's day-to-day commercial/business service operations, formulating strategies and management programs to provide overall direction with the help of Commercial team members; and manage daily operations and assigned personnel. Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate the project's day-to-day commercial/business service operations.
Formulate strategies and management programs to provide overall direction with the help of Commercial team members.
Manage and optimize contract negotiations, ensuring best terms and conditions.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and transparency throughout all projects.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and threats.
Oversee financial performance related to commercial activities and prepare reports for senior management.
Implement strong governance frameworks to mitigate risks associated with commercial contracts.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of accountability.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors preferred.
At least 15 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the Construction Industry (Preferred experience working with Tier 1 Consultancy firms).
Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and commercial strategy development.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
Proficiency with commercial management tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and performance management.
