We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal & Compliance to join our client's team at a leading food manufacturing company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role is ideal for a legal professional with a strong background in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management, eager to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic organization in the food manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s legal and compliance strategies, ensuring alignment with local and international laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to senior management on a wide range of matters, including contracts, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and employment law.
  • Manage legal disputes, litigation, and external counsel relationships to protect the company’s interests effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and address potential compliance and legal risks in business operations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations, including corporate law and compliance frameworks.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
