1. Prior consulting experience in an audit or accounting firm is mandatory with Real Estate Development Company.

2. Accurate recording of daily financial transactions in line with IFRS, from initial entries to final reporting. 3. Recording of all closing entries at month end, including bank reconciliations, fixed asset, prepaid, accruals & payroll schedules. 4. Ensuring completeness and accuracy of journal entries with appropriate supporting documents. 5. Assessing internal controls, performing risk assessments, and reviewing key risk areas. 6. Supporting the auditors with relevant information required to complete the audit. 7. Working in a computerized environment with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). 8. Experience in VAT return preparation and filing. Desired Candidate Profile: i. ACCA / CPA / B Com qualified. ii. 8 to 9 years of experience in accounting including financial reporting for a Real Estate Development Company. iii. Knowledge of Accounting systems Quick Books & ability to work independently and under pressure iv. Experience in IFRS reporting. v. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint vi. Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. vii. Must be available to join immediately.
