We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team specializing in heavy kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves engaging with clients in the hospitality, food service, and catering industries to provide them with high-quality kitchen solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering sectors.
    • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
    • Promote and sell a range of heavy kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, grills, dishwashers, and other commercial appliances.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Conduct regular visits to client locations to demonstrate products and address inquiries.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide market feedback and suggestions for new products or improvements.
  4. Sales Planning and Reporting:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.
    • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products.
  5. Technical Knowledge and Training:
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of the product range, including specifications, features, and benefits.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customers receive proper installation and after-sales service.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in heavy kitchen equipment, appliances, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate them effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
