We are seeking a high-energy Graphic Design Associate with a creative process of presenting or communicating a message through visual imageries on a variety of platforms.

As a Graphic Design Associate, your daily workload might include:

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Develop illustrations, icons, patterns & graphics for different media usage and company profiles and proposals.
Develop PPT presentations, brochures, infographics as per the company brand guidelines.
Use colors and layouts according to the company guidelines & templates.
Create graphic design for video content.
Work along with the team's copywriter, Marketing and Communications Manager to produce the final design, and amend designs after feedback.
Support different marketing teams with their design requirements to support events, digital campaigns and other content as needed.
Provide support to visual communication needs and services.
Create graphic design according to the guidelines in order to achieve desired results.
Research and prepare specifications for graphic design, colors, materials, and presentations.
Understand design requirements and produce graphic work accordingly.
Understand the Company Brand Image and Values and comply all designs with Brand Guidelines.
Provide suggestions and ideas to improve design materials.
Remain updated with new technologies, theories, practices, and techniques related to graphic design.
Maintain a database of images, templates, and graphic design and artwork as records and future reference.
Ability to use design software and technologies such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

Requirements

Our target profile is candidates with...

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts or any related field, certificates are a plus.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
A strong familiarity with Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint and Word.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be Humble, Excellent, Relevant with a high sense of Ownership.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Ability to design Animation Videos is a plus.
