Our Group is a leading conglomerate in the Middle East with over 25 years of experience in various industries such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, and retail. We are committed to excellence, innovation, and growth, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's objectives and goals
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization
  • Design and deliver effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs for their teams
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
  • Manage and coordinate the training budget and resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
  • Create and implement onboarding programs for new hires
  • Mentor and coach junior trainers and oversee their development
  • Prepare training reports and present to senior management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
  • Food & Beverage Industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role
  • Strong understanding of training principles, methodologies, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
  • Experience in conducting training needs assessments
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
