Community Lead at Web3 Infrastructure & Gaming Company

We are seeking a Community Lead to join our team. As a Community Lead, you will be responsible for building, engaging and growing our community reaching a wider audience. You will work closely with marketing and customer support teams to set strategy, create engaging content and engage with players through social media and community forums. Candidates in the APAC region are preferred, but we are open to considering applicants globally . Responsibilities Develop and execute community engagement strategies Build and maintain community content, calendar and schedule Plan and moderate community-focused events Engage with players by responding to comments and messages Foster and manage a network of influencers Create content consistent with brand messaging and voice Report on metrics, trends and KPIs related to community engagement Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field At least 3 years of experience in community management or related roles Passion for and strong knowledge of gaming Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience creating content for social media Strong project management and team collaboration skills Proficiency in key analytics tools such as Google Analytics Experience with community management software such as Discord and/or Reddit.
