Account Management: • Manage large customer accounts and build strong relationships with key personnel. • Proactively approach account management to maximize business opportunities. 3. Sales & Growth: • Focus on managing sales and margin mix within accounts while driving business growth. • Develop and introduce new product development (NPD) to accounts. • Create and execute annual joint business plans to meet agreed growth targets. 4. Customer Engagement: • Deliver compelling, branded customer presentations. • Network with national account customers at all levels to identify and maximize opportunities. 5. Collaboration & Strategy: • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions, point-of-sale (POS) materials, NPD, and account strategies. 6. Market Analysis: • Conduct regular store visits to understand retailer and competitor initiatives (e.g., product, pricing, promotions, POS, location). 7. Operational Efficiency: • Monitor incoming orders to ensure they are fulfilled effectively. • Create robust and accurate forecasting plans. 8. Negotiation & Agreements:
