Healthcare Recruiter Job Location : UAE Key Responsibilities : • Sourcing and attracting healthcare professionals for onsite medical services, including registered nurses, physicians, EMTs, and allied health staff. • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring for onsite healthcare roles. • Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to understand staffing requirements for various onsite medical service projects. • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future onsite medical service opportunities. • Utilizing multiple recruiting platforms, such as job boards, social media, and recruitment databases, to find qualified candidates. • Conducting initial interviews and background checks to ensure candidate suitability for specific onsite roles. • Maintaining an organized recruitment database and ensuring compliance with company hiring policies and healthcare regulations. • Staying updated on industry trends, including changes in healthcare staffing, licensure requirements, and regional labor market conditions. Requirements : • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably with experience in recruiting for onsite medical services, occupational health, or emergency medical services. • Familiarity with recruiting for roles such as nurses, paramedics, physicians, and wellness professionals. • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with both candidates and clients. • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and certification requirements for onsite medical roles. • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
