Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition specialist throughout the end-to-end recruitment processes:Approach shortlisted candidates by emails and phone callsUpdate candidates' information sheetSchedule & coordinate interviews with line managersDocument interview resultsDraft job offers and communicate/follow up with successful candidatesSend regret emails to unsuccessful candidatesUpdate recruitment progress sheetCollect necessary documents for visa processing and coordinate with personnel sectionMinimum Requirements:Diploma in Business Administration, HR or a related fieldMinimum 2 years' experience in the same postExcellent organization and time management skillsExcellent command of Microsoft applicationsAbout The Company:Qatar Building Company was founded in 1971 as a general civil engineering and building contractor.
