Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant
Perform thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical and functional limitations. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to diagnose complex musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate physical therapy, occupational therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on exercise programs, home care, and adaptive equipment to assist in their recovery. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients. Stay current on new treatment techniques, technologies, and research in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. Qualifications : Doctorate in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from an accredited institution. Valid state medical license and board certification. At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge and understanding of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
