JOB SUMMARY This role will be responsible for assisting the marketing team with all daily graphic design creatives and image editing. If you are creative, have a passion for design and are keen to apply and further grow your skills in the fashion industry, we’d like to meet you! PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and create marketing material for: website, look book, linesheets, digital display advertising, stores, invitations, and social media (static and dynamic), among others, while maintaining consistent branding
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, develop illustrations and other designs for various media
- Support the marketing team across all initiatives and campaigns with new ideas, development and execution
- Create product packaging design and work with suppliers to review proofs/samples and ensure graphics are properly executed from creative concept to production
- Create custom designs for product trims such as hangtags, labels and various trim details
- Manage and organize the Company’s image library and supply imagery for key stakeholders including marketing and public relations team, and external vendors
- Work closely with the web team on web updates and development
- Oversee and upload website content (i.E. images, articles, video, press coverage and website copy)
- Assist with preparation and delivery of photoshoots, in-house and external events
- Prepare and edit Company publications, including website and product copy, blog posts, media releases, etc.
- Keep on top of the latest digital social innovations, trends, launches, and up-and-coming influencers
- Drive brand consistency across all company communications
- Other administrative duties may apply
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- 3+ years of product graphic design experience, preferably working in-house or within an agency in a luxury environment
- Strong design portfolio with professional work examples that demonstrate concept development with excellent use of typography, composition and image selection
- Expert knowledge and working experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Specialize in rendering, illustrating and interpreting messages into visual forms
- Experience manipulating digital photography, lighting and colour correction (product and model shots)
- Experience in photography, video production and editing, animation and event marketing is strongly preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of fashion and luxury industries is preferred
- High attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to spot errors
- Natural self-starter, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline oriented entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to think creatively, problem-solve and generate new ideas
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
