Experience in work permit and permanent residence applications is essential. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required: · Candidates should possess at least two years' corporate immigration experience. · Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills. · Strong drafting skills are essential. · Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. · Ability to take initiative when appropriate. · Excellent organizational skills. · Experience monitoring deadlines and prioritizing work. · Ability to work well in a team environment. · A confident, proactive approach to working within a challenging legal environment. · Bilingualism would be an asset.
