Compensation Administrator (1-Year Contract)

JOB STATEMENT: Reporting to the VP of Operations, Western Canada, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative requirements for the accounting department of IDC WIN. The candidate must be detail-oriented with solid communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing and reconciling bank statements;
- Allocating andbooking revenues on Excel;
- Reviewing bills and issuing monthly invoices to in-house advisors;
- Distributing advisor correspondence; and
- Performing other administrative functions as required and assigned.
- Working knowledge of the individual insurance industry, financial services products and the MGA distribution channel
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Detailed oriented and accurate
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities
- Working knowledge of MultiView, Excel, Outlook, and Wealthserv.
