East Europe Outbound Apps Team at TikTok helps drive the usage of TikTok as an advertising platform across a plethora of business verticals: fintech, social, dating, health & fitness, and utility apps. The Team researches markets for potential clients, builds and maintains strong partnerships, and provides solutions, leveraging TikTok For Business capabilities to ensure all relevant tools and approaches are used to the maximum capacity. As a Partnerships Manager, you will work as an industry expert defining the way forward for long-term business relationships. Success in your role requires an overall understanding of the digital media ecosystem and an ability to evolve in a fast-paced demanding startup environment. You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of advertising revenue generation, as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward towards positioning TikTok as a key platform for companies in your book of business. Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing a book of business.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers on the advertiser side, with an extra focus on C-suite.
  • Serve as external product expert, educating clients on TikTok product solutions and best practices to help them achieve greater results through building compelling data-driven storylines.
  • Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the managed portfolio of clients, constantly striving for sales growth.
  • Regularly reviewing client performance and designing individual sales strategies to maximize value and customer engagement.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics.
  • Presenting sales progress and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, process, and client relationships.
  • Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok in the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technology advancements. Build partnerships with Central Asia & Eastern Europe clients, agencies, and ecosystems.
  • Serve as the voice-of-the-customer providing insights/feedback on product, operations, and opportunities to build and expand TikTok for Business solutions in East Europe.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Client Solutions Team for ensuring effective campaign management.
  • Work with Marketing team to develop pitch narratives and case studies, and take part in industry events and conferences to propel thought leadership.
  • Work with Product team on feedback and suggestions of ads solutions, systems, and tools for the clients.
  • Work with Sales Management team on risk control and building the clients portfolio.
  • Work with Monetization Integrity team on educating clients about ad policy guidelines, exploring industry business cases, and sustaining business continuity.
  • Work with all other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and build long-term growth.
Qualifications Minimum Qualification:
  • Experience in digital marketing and digital media sales.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of the East Europe digital marketing ecosystem, industry, and creative trends.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi-business clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Russian.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated outstanding leadership and ownership over the managed business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent Ukrainian is a plus.
  • Self-starter, fast learner, creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
