Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Procurement Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT procurement processes and vendor management within a dynamic and innovative IT company. As an IT Procurement Intern, you will assist in sourcing, purchasing, and managing IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and evaluating IT vendors and suppliers.
Support procurement activities for IT hardware, software, and services.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand IT requirements and specifications.
Help negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of IT products and services.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor communications.
Assist in vendor performance evaluations and relationship management.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related fields.
Strong interest in IT procurement, supply chain management, or vendor management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
