This role is open for Rodeo Drive, Ibn Battuta, Dubai , a Pre-opening American Restaurant & Bar bringing the authentic flavors, vibrant energy, and unmatched service of classic Americana. As a pre-opening establishment, we aim to create a destination that combines exceptional food, crafted cocktails, and an atmosphere of fun and relaxation. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the charge in launching and running our establishment, ensuring its success from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Opening Planning & Setup:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to finalize operational strategies, workflows, and layouts.
  • Oversee procurement and setup of equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement pre-opening checklists and timelines to ensure all aspects of the opening are seamless.
Operational Excellence:
  • Establish and maintain efficient daily operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Monitor and optimize service delivery to create memorable guest experiences.
  • Implement operational policies, SOPs, and health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train a dynamic team, ensuring they are aligned with the American-style dining experience.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, motivation, and teamwork within the staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous coaching and development.
Guest Experience:
  • Ensure a welcoming and exceptional experience for all guests, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan events, promotions, and special offerings.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor profitability.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of inventory.
  • Monitor quality and consistency of products delivered.
Desired Attributes:
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an American-style Restaurant & Bar, with at least 5+ years of experience in operations management .
  • Demonstrated success in pre-opening projects, preferably within the F&B sector.
  • Exceptional knowledge of American cuisine, cocktails, and the dining culture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, inventory, and operational KPIs.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
