Key Responsibilities: As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the brand, providing personalized, high-end service to clients seeking exclusive luxury products. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales and cultivate long-term relationships with customers by offering a tailored shopping experience that aligns with the brand’s prestige and luxury offerings emulating our core values, professionalism, integrity and care. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized attention and a bespoke shopping experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets by recommending and selling luxury products, demonstrating deep knowledge of the brand’s offerings.
- Stay up to date on the latest collections, trends, and exclusive items within the luxury market to ensure you can offer expert advice to clients.
- Deliver exceptional, tailored customer service in-store or online. Ensure that all client interactions reflect the brand's luxury standards.
- Assist in ensuring the store is visually appealing and in line with the brand’s image. Maintain displays and ensure products are well-presented and maintained.
- Assist with organizing and attending VIP events, private showings, and other luxury brand experiences to engage and retain high-value customers.
- Assist clients in customizing their products, placing special orders, and ensuring that their unique needs and desires are met.
- Collect and relay customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends to management to improve product offerings and service.
- Work with the broader team to achieve store targets and ensure that the store meets high operational standards, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer service roles (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge and passion for luxury fashion, jewelry, watches, or other premium categories.
- Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing personalized recommendations.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain a polished and upscale appearance.
- Fluent in multiple languages considering an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling client information.
- AGS, Certified Sales Associate designation is preferred
- Work in a high-end retail environment, possibly including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts depending on the store's operating hours.
