Understand client’s overall business and marketing objectives displaying a sound knowledge of all media, including TV, print, radio, outdoor, and online. Work efficiently as part of an integrated team. Be an analytical-first thinker with the ability to digest and analyze data to derive insights that lead to competitive advantages for our clients. Expertise in all research data, including client research such as sales data, awareness tracking, and competitive data. Be familiar with and able to sell advanced research tools. Ability to understand media briefs and develop media strategies accordingly. Experience in monitoring, reporting, and analyzing metrics data. High project management and organizational skills. Perform thorough, insightful campaign analysis, including reporting and optimization recommendations.

Education and Experience Required

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. A four-year college education and 6 to 10 years of media planning and client-facing experience. Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of planning managers. Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask and work under pressure. Digital certifications across the major platforms, including Meta (FB & IG), Google, Snapchat, Twitter, and TikTok, in addition to familiarity with industry developments and initiatives (e.g., commerce, Metaverse, NFTs). Experience in business development.
