A leading regional strategy consulting firm is actively recruiting individuals at the Principal and Managerlevels who possess significant expertise in the field of Transportation and Mobility. The Principal will proactively participate in the business development and client management activities, while the Manager will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, take charge of client assignments, and effectively organize work schedules. The primary objective is to guide each assignment to its successful completion.Responsibilities:Deliveringformal and informal presentations both internally and externallyProducing clear, persuasive, and concisely written presentationsPlanning and managing the delivery of quality work by leading teams in an autonomous strategic consulting environment and being seen as a strong team player with excellent communication and client-handling skillsDirecting the quantitative analysis, assessing the depth required for each assignment, translating the analysis into useful findings and quality assuring the resultsBuilding productive and lasting client relationships at all levelsDeveloping and identifying new business opportunities as they present themselvesKey Skills and ExperienceUndergraduate degree from a top-tier universityMBA or other postgraduate degrees from top-tier academic institutionsCandidates will ideally have an exemplary scholastic record and will have been recognized with special academic awards or participating in elite programsStrong consulting experience in Transportation and Mobility (Surface Transport, Rail, Aviation, Maritime), including capital infrastructures.Between 5-10 years of professional experience, gained in a top strategy consulting organization or a combination of both blue-chip corporate businesses and top strategy consulting firms.A demonstrated rapid career progression and a strong track record within the current organizationFlexibility and commercialism to manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a dynamic and results-oriented environment
