Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Strata Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing the Strata system across the organization. This role involves leading the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Strata to ensure it meets the operational and strategic needs of the business. The Strata Lead will work closely with various departments, including finance, property management, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the system, particularly in areas such as service charges, receivables, and payables.ERP System ManagementOversee the daily operations of the Strata ERP system, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.Lead the implementation of new modules, upgrades, and enhancements within Strata.Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, coordinating with strata support as necessary.Integration with external systems such as Mollak, Ejari, DLD, etc.Business Process OptimizationAnalyze business processes, particularly those related to service charges, receivables, payables, and identify opportunities for improvement using Farvision ERP.Collaborate with department heads to ensure the ERP system supports their operational needs.Design and implement workflows, reports, and dashboards within Farvision ERP to enhance decision-making and efficiency.Provide recommendations for process improvements based on ERP capabilities and business needs.Training and SupportDevelop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the effective use of Farvision ERP.Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing any queries or issues related to the ERP system.Create and maintain user manuals, training materials, and documentation for Farvision ERP.Data Management and ReportingEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the Farvision ERP system.Develop and generate custom reports and analytics to support business operations and strategic planning, particularly in financial management areas like service charges, receivables, and payables.Oversee data migration, integration, and validation processes during system upgrades or module implementations.Project ManagementLead Strata-related projects, including new implementations, system upgrades, and cross-functional initiatives.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.Stakeholder CollaborationAct as the primary liaison between the end-users and external vendors for all Strata-related matters.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure alignment between the ERP system's capabilities and the organization's business goals.Desired Candidate ProfileProperty Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of strata management principles, relevant legislation, and property maintenance practices.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with owners, tenants, and contractors, as well as resolving disputes.Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and oversee the collection of strata fees and levies.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple properties, schedules, and administrative tasks efficiently.Problem-Solving: Proficiency in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions related to property management and tenant relations.Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and manage a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to providing high-quality service to owners and tenants, ensuring their needs are met.Contract Management: Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with service providers, including maintenance and cleaning services.Conflict Resolution: Skills in mediating disputes between owners and tenants and managing difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy.Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing strata properties to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software and tools to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.Event Coordination: Ability to plan and coordinate meetings, social events, and community-building activities within the strata.
